A must-have side dish or garnish, these sweet, salty, teriyaki-flavored mushrooms are not only delicious but also loaded with health-boosting vitamins and minerals.
Tips for cooking mushrooms
- If mushrooms release too much water, raise the heat to boil off the liquid.
- Slice the mushrooms thicker because they shrink and shrivel after cooking them.
- Pros recommend brushing mushrooms to clean them rather than washing them. However, still wash them and gently dry them if the dirt bothers you.
